Judpot (an A P Indy half-brother to Kingmambo), the sire of Along Came Polly, last season’s Equus Outstanding Stallion, is well represented by 24 yearlings at the 2014 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale.

Lot 10 is a colt out of a G1 placed own sister to champion filly Rock Opera and the exported Nursery winner Hit Song. Inbred to the great mare Lassie Dear, the colt is from the same family as Judpot’s champion Along Came Polly.

Lot 19 is a colt whose Caesour sired dam is a half-sister to two stakes winners. This is the same family as current top 3yo Captain America- runner up in both the Gr1 Grand Parade Cape Guineas and Gr1 Investec Cape Derby.

Lot 64 is a colt whose dam, by champion Montjeu, is a three parts sister to top class Irish 2yo Curtain Call. His dam was a top-class G1 performer in France, and is the dam of French Derby winner, and leading sire Hernando as well as G1 winner Johann Quatz (the latter being a three parts brother to the colt on sale’s dam).

Lot 91 is a half-brother to four winners, including stakes winner Sammy Jo. His winning Al Mufti dam is a half-sister to G3 winner Time and Tide and current top sprinter, Muscatt. From the same family as G1 winners Malteme and Wendywood, this colt is another inbred to Lassie Dear.

Lot 160 is a filly closely related to Forest Indigo. Her dam, a full-sister to US G3 winner Alexandra Rose, is a half-sister to the dam of Judpot sired G1 winner, Forest Indigo.

Lot 165 is a filly, whose dam is a half-sister to stakes winner Silver Nun. From the family of champion filly Bold Ellinore.

Lot 168 is a half-brother to 4 winners, one of whom is stakes placed. His Elliodor sired dam is a half-sister to 3 Gr1 winners, including champion Succesful Bidder.

Lot 182 is a half-sister to three winners, included a stakes placed colt. Out of a half-sister to a stakes winner, this filly is from the same family as champions Roland’s Song and National Emblem.

Lot 188 is a filly out of a stakes winner of three. She is from the family of outstanding fillies Izindaba and G1 winner Duchess Daba.

Lot 199 is a half-brother to 3 winners, including G3 winner True Master. He is out of the top-class Badger Land mare Bushra – and his second dam is G1 winner Mill Hill.

Lot 237 is a colt whose winning dam is a half-sister to millionaire Red Badge, G1 winner and sire Ravishing and classy current 3YO Dynastic Power. From the famous Lily family, this is a beautifully bred colt.
